Raw material


Wine-making material facility is a first stage for creation of traditional sparkling wine. First of all, material that is going there, shall be collected per sorts, locations of growth; this procedure is called assambling (assembler (French) – assemble). The quality both here and during the subsequent procedures, shall be controlled until and after every technological operation.

Obtained assembling blend "rests" for 20 days; after that it shall be filtered. After filtration, by way of blending of different sorts, blending shall be composed. By blending, sorts shall be selected in such a way that improves fineness of the flavor and test, creating the wine with specific features and required grade.

Earlier, French wine-makers traditionally used by blending up to 60–70% of old wines; our specialists created other technological way. Champagne, as its nature is concerned, is a light and fresh, jolly wine; we can taste energy and youth therein. Therefore, blendings of state-of-the-art sparkling wines are formed based on "young" components: 60–80% of the wine-making material of a new harvest.



Proportion of blending of wine is called “secret of making”. Especially, a unique aroma of Artyomovsk Sparkling wine is a result of particular blending. For instance, special light aroma of flowers are presented in white sparkling wines; red wines have notable share of "piquant" aromas of dried fruits, cherry and blackberry.


After next filtration and ageing within months, blending goes to the second technological stage- material is going to tirage facility.
