Chardonnay and Pinot Grape are the best traditional sorts for Champagne making. They contribute light aroma of fruits into general taste gamma, and compose base for the major part of blending for Champagne making.![]()
Besides traditional sorts, other sorts of European grape are utilized:
Aligote and Riesling. Blending for red sparkling wine shall be made
based on sorts Cabernet, Merlot, Saperavi.

best European sorts of grape have been brought to Crimea and were
